Yes — every Walkies UK walker is fully insured for public liability and pet care, holds an enhanced DBS background check, and passes identity and reference checks before they take a single booking.

Every walk is GPS-tracked. You'll receive a live route map plus a photo report when the walk finishes, including distance walked, toilet breaks and a friendly note on how your dog got on.

We're launching across Berkshire — Reading, Ascot, Windsor, Bracknell, Maidenhead, Wokingham, Newbury and Slough — and expanding across the UK. Enter your postcode when you book to see your local walkers.

Single 30-minute walks start from £14. Our most popular Weekly Plan is £60 for five walks, and Premium Care is £99 a week. There are no hidden fees — you see the price before you book.

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before a booked walk, right from your account. Plans can be paused or changed at any time.

Wherever possible, yes. On our Weekly and Premium plans we match you with a regular walker so your dog builds a bond with a familiar, trusted face.

Your dog's safety comes first. Every walk is covered by public liability and pet care insurance, and every walker is trained in basic pet first aid. If anything happens, your walker will get your dog to a vet immediately, contact you straight away, and we cover eligible veterinary costs through our insurance. It's rare, but if a walker can't make it we'll do everything we can to send a replacement vetted walker. If we can't cover the walk, you're refunded in full — guaranteed. No-shows are taken seriously and affect a walker's standing on the platform.

Tell us. Thanks to the Walkies UK Guarantee, if you're not happy with your dog's first walk we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Beyond that, contact our support team and we'll make it right — a different walker, a refund, or whatever's fair.

Email support@walkiesuk.com or use the contact form with your booking details. We acknowledge every complaint within 2 hours during business hours and aim to resolve issues within 2 working days. Serious safety concerns are escalated immediately.

Cancel more than 12 hours before a walk for a full refund. Cancel within 12 hours and a 50% charge applies (it part-covers your walker's reserved time). If a walker no-shows, you're refunded in full. And your dog's very first walk is covered by our money-back guarantee.
